  • Ohra Yoga Collective Zoom Room The comfort of your home The World (map)

While stress arises as part of everyday life, too much stress or an inability to manage stress may deplete you, leaving you vulnerable, mentally, physically and spiritually.

Too often, the focus is on trying to control the outer environment, rather than managing the inner complexity of thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

This three-part series introduces adapted techniques of mindfulness and meditation to help you regulate body, breath, thoughts and emotions before, during and after stress. When applied regularly, you will begin to relate to stress and yourself in a different way.
Incorporating principles and findings of quantum physics, neuroscience and epigenetics, look more closely at your relationship with stress, where stress exhibits in your body and mind, and which techniques to use to alleviate stress in the mind and body.
