Join us for an evening of immunity at home. We will be making and discussing different remedies and herbs that strengthen the immune system.

Together, we will each be making a batch elderberry syrup, chai and fire cider. We will explore specific anti-viral herbs, common herbal healers, and how we can each incorporate ‘food as medicine’ into our lives.

Join along as Jess leads us through making our own herbal remedies at home.
