Unwind as you are guided through a Gentle Yoga practice (40 min) with Michelle & then Relax as you are immersed in the healing sounds of the gong, bowls & chimes by Vinny of Reverb Yoga (45 min).

Healing touch and aromatherapy will be offered to enhance your experience.

We'll be lighting up the Fire Place! Complimentary tea and light refreshments will be served after class.

Join Us for the First Annual Radiance Yoga and Wellness Festival

After the collective literal and figurative shut-down of 2020-2022, people are craving connection. This Spring, as we emerge, reinvigorate after a long hibernation, and perhaps seek to adopt new wellness patterns and habits into our daily life and routine, Ora Studios invites all those looking for new experiences and a sense of community to partake in this joyful event.

The day-long, outdoor festival will feature a variety of yoga and wellness-related classes in a dynamic marketplace environment. All practice levels – from novice to advanced – are welcome. Michelle Prosper will host a welcome meditation and a closing event to set the tone and intention for the collective experience.

Radiance attendees will have ample free time to enjoy an upscale market atmosphere with food trucks, wellness practitioners and retail shops. Additionally, attendees will enjoy live music as well as creative, interactive and immersive experiences.

Explore basic and deeper concepts of Ayurvedic Philosophy to recognize the dominant energies within us and around us. Learn ways to include these concepts in your teaching of group yoga classes and with private clients. Up level your self care!

We flow through this dynamic Vinyasa class guided by the connection with the breath and dedicating each round of movement to a different "category" of people, from one we hold dear to one with whom there might be a struggle and several others along the way, bestowing blessings on each and lifting up our movement in dedication.

Metta is a traditional Buddhist practice often called "loving kindness meditation" and the first of the Brama Viharas, the four immeasurable of the Buddhist practice.

90 minutes includes: 

  • Discussion about the Brama viharas and the practice of Metta

  • ~75 minutes Metta flow

  • Cool down to allow for the physical and mental practice to assimilate before final resting pose.
